Summer and Commencement Housing Applications

Individual Housing

Thank you for your interest in summer housing at Georgetown University. Online applications will open on Wednesday, March 4th at 9:00 AM. Applications will close one week prior to the start of each program or when all available space is filled, whichever comes first. The dates and approximate costs (including tax, if applicable) for Georgetown Student, Pre-Session, and Late Stay Housing are as follows:

Non-GU Interns Open to all non-Georgetown students interning in the area May 24 to August 1, 2015 Stay of 7 weeks or greater:
Single Room: $392/week Double Room: $322/week

Stay of Less than 7 weeks*:
Single Room: $420/week Double Room: $350/week

*Must select a minimum of 3 weeks.

All dates in/out are Sundays; participants may leave anytime within the week, but housing is only offered on a weekly basis.

The cost will not exceed the above rates. The rates are inclusive of DC Sales and Occupancy Tax where applicable. Students enrolled in courses over the summer are eligible for a tax refund upon completion of coursework and with adequate proof of enrollment. More information about taxes will be available at time of application.

Commencement Housing


Stay on Georgetown University campus for Commencement Weekend 2015.

Reservations will open on Monday, February 23, 2015 at 9 am EST via the online registration form on the Residential Living website:

All rooms are air-conditioned in a residence hall with two twin beds and linen including four towels.

Rates: $200/room (tax included) May 14-18, 2015
  $150/room (tax included) May 15-18, 2015
