Summer and Commencement Housing Applications

Individual Housing

Applications for 2014 Summer Housing are now open. Applications will close one week prior to the start of each program or when all available space is filled, whichever comes first. The dates and approximate costs (including tax, if applicable) for Georgetown Student, Pre-Session, and Late Stay Housing are as follows:

Pre-Session Any Georgetown student enrolled in summer school pre-session May 11 to June 14, 2014 $25/night if application received by deadline; $50/night if application received after deadline
Non-GU Interns Open to all non-Georgetown students interning in the area May 25 to August 2, 2014 $3,476.22/person
EFL, 8-Week Intensive Any Georgetown EFL student May 18 to July 12, 2014 $2,420.00/person
EFL, American Conversational English Any Georgetown EFL student July 13 to August 2, 2014 $880.00/person
GSMI Program Any GSMI Program participant June 14 to July 26, 2014 $2,115.96/person

The cost will not exceed the above rates. The rates are inclusive of DC Sales and Occupancy Tax where applicable. Students enrolled in courses over the summer are eligible for a tax refund upon completion of coursework and with adequate proof of enrollment. More information will be sent out regarding tax refunds in August 2014.

Customers who complete the online application, including payment in full with Visa or Mastercard, will receive an email confirming space immediately and will receive an email with summer assignment, roommate information, and check-in procedures prior to arrival.

Commencement Housing

The deadline date to request Commencement Housing was Friday, March 21, 2014 at 5:00 PM.

If you need commencement housing rooms or wish to cancel your reservation, please email for assistance. There are no more rooms with private bathrooms available.

Guests who made an online reservation will receive an assignment email in early May.

Refunds for cancellations will be processed in early June.
