Damage Appeal Form

Housing Operations administers residential damage and cleaning charges which are specified by the Residence Life staff. With the aid of the Residential Condition Report students complete at move-in, Residence Life staff assess condition of rooms, townhouses and apartments throughout the academic year and after students vacate residences and indicate charges they deem appropriate.

If you would like to dispute a charge, please use the form below, including the reason for your appeal. Please note that community charges are generally not reversed.

Housing Operations staff will review your request and respond via email within five business days.

All requests contesting damages from the spring semester must be in no later than September 30 of the same year. All requests contesting damages from the fall semester must be in no later than the following April 30.
