With the aid of the Residential Condition Report students complete at move-in, Residence Life staff assess condition of rooms, townhouses and apartments throughout the academic year and after students vacate residences and indicate charges they deem appropriate. If you would like to dispute a charge, please use the form below, including the reason for your appeal. Please note that community charges are generally not reversed.
