When your information has been received, we will add your name to the Spring 2010 wait list. If you have already provided your information, you do not have to resubmit this information. Assignment notification will be made via email beginning in mid December. Assignments will be posted on student Housing-at-a-Glance pages found at http://housing.georgetown.edu/academic. The housing application and selection will be held online. All students will be assigned a unique Housing Selection Code which will be used throughout the housing application and selection process. If you are a member of a group, you will need to give your code to the sponsor of your group so that the sponsor can make housing arrangements for you. If you plan to select housing from abroad, please be aware that you are given a specific time to select housing, so you would have to have computer access during that time frame.
*Beginning October 1, please refer to the Housing Selection Calendar and Handbook on our website at http://housing.georgetown.edu/academic for more dates and detailed information about signing up for eligibility and the selection process. Please also see the information on our website under the heading "Information for Study Abroad and Leave of Absence Students," for any other necessary forms we might require from you. You can continue to receive updates by becoming a Housing fan on Facebook.
Once again, Residence Life will be offering a unique living learning opportunity in University Townhouses called Magis Row. More information about this LLC is available at http://reslife.georgetown.edu/studentfamily/resources/magisrowfaqs.html . Applications for admission to this community are due by noon on Monday, September 28, 2009.
Please check your Georgetown email account and the Housing web site as often as possible while you are abroad for updates on the housing selection process. If you have any questions, please send an email to: campushousing@georgetown.edu.
Sincerely,
Patrick Killilee
