Dear Student,

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Move-In Aide. The Office of Student Housing is happy to have your participation in welcoming the new students and their families during the 2009 Move-In Process. Your assistance and efforts will certainly ease the transition onto the campus.

You can begin arriving on campus at 4pm Tuesday, August 25, 2009. Please check in at the Residence Hall Office (RHO) of your academic year assignment to obtain your key. If you expect to arrive later than 9 pm, please note that the Village C West RHO is open 24 hours a day every day. On August 27, 2009, we will have a mandatory meeting at 7 pm in Gaston Hall. During this time, we will distribute t-shirts, discuss the assignments and any other questions you may have. However, if you have any questions prior to our meeting, please feel free to email moveinaide@georgetown.edu.

If you need to cancel your participation, you can do so by logging into your Housing-At-A-Glance page. The link to cancel is under the Semester Transition Information section. Once again, thank you for your participation in the Move-In Process. We look forward to working with everyone and having a successful Move-In Weekend.

Sincerely,
Jonalyn Ware Greene
Assistant Vice President
Student Housing and Administration
