Dear Students in the Classes of 2011:
This notice applies to ALL students.
The Office of Housing Services will be conducting Housing Selection for students in the class of 2011 during the month of January and February for the academic year 2008-2009.
Housing Information Sessions will be held on the following dates:
January 16 6:00pm ICC Auditorium
January 22 12:00 pm McShain Large
January 24 6:00pm McShain Large
January 28 6:00 pm McShain Large (this is a location change)
The Housing Office will also have information tables in the Leavey Center Lobby on the following dates:
January 29 11:30 am - 1:30 pm
January 30 11:30 am - 1:30 pm
January 31 11:30 am - 1:30 pm
All students in the class of 2011 are required to live on campus. Any student in this class who does not select housing through this process, get assigned through a living learning program or is approved for an exemption will be assigned to remaining available housing by the Housing Office. Students granted exemptions for their first year must reapply.
There are a number of important deadlines that you must meet to enter the various stages of selection. Please pay attention to these deadlines so that you can complete this process as smoothly as possible. These dates can be found on the calendar on the Housing web site and the Housing Office will send email reminders to students during the various stages of selection.
